Yoga-lates (Beginner Friendly)
This class is half yoga half Pilates.  The main focus of this class is the core. We integrate allot of standing abdominal'.
        
Vinyasa Flow (All)
This class is about moving and grooving, sweating and losing weight and getting in shape. Yummy for type A personalities

Kundalini with flow (Beginner Friendly)
Kundalini is a series of fast repetitive motions done in 2 minute intervals..  It is perfect or people who want both the immediate and long-term benefits of yoga as well as a relaxed and uplifting experience of consciousness.

 

Power Yoga for Athletes
Is for someone who wants to detoxify (AKA loose weight) via sweating.

Slow Flow/Iyengar-style Yoga (Beginner Friendly - In Love with Alignment)
Focusing on the alignment of our bodies.  Yoga poses are held for longer periods of time than in flow classes, allowing students to learn the subtle nuances of each pose.  This class is ideal for those who are new to yoga or face challenges in flexibility or strength.

Restorative Yoga /Yin Yoga (Relax Deeply - Beginner Friendly)
This is an extra yummy class, wear your pajama’s or sweats, just lie down and relax and receive: no effort is required whatsoever. This class is about relieving the aches and pain’s which are located in the connective tissue.

Iron Yoga: 
Is sweeping the nation.  We use hand weights to take your practice to whole new level.

 

Tirpsochore: 
Means Goddess of the dance and that is what this practice is.  It’s beautiful and powerful all at the same time.  A fluid dance like practice, for seasoned practitioners this is a must.  Coupled with the dance warm up this is the most incredible class of the week.
