Restorative Yoga (Relax Deeply)
This class is about relaxation, restoring energy and releasing stress through supported stretches and breath awareness using props to help the opening process. This healing class is perfect for seniors or people who suffer from injury or have health concerns and or anyone who just need to mellow out and unwind. Both soothing and nurturing, this class promote the effect of conscious relaxation. It is perfect for all levels and no flexibility is required. It is said that just 5 minutes of Restorative Yoga a day relives the entire body of stress. (This is an extra yummy class, wear your pajama’s or sweat pants just come lay down and relax and receive: no effort whatsoever). |
Yin Yoga
The setting is quiet and poses are held for longer periods of time, passive holds to work on the deep, dense connective tissues of the body – the tendons, ligaments and cartilage – which are difficult to energize and open. This practice increases flexibility, especially in the spine and hips and is very restorative and rehabilitative for the joints and muscles. This class is for everyone even absolute beginners. (This class is about relieving the aches and pains which are located in the connective tissue. This is a yummy opening class).
Gentle
This class is a combination of yin and yang yoga, passive and gentle stretches and some deeper stretches. Breath work and relaxation are an important part of this class. Restore and renew your body and energy levels. (Yummy stretchy calm class, rarely getting off the floor).

Beginner Vinyasa Flow
A great introduction to the flow (athletic or power yoga (Hot sweaty yoga)) style of yoga. Slow, gentle paced class with detailed instruction. Geared toward moving the student through the poses dynamically with breath. (An amazing way to be introduced to flow (hot and sweaty)practice)
Vinyasa Flow ALL
Basic and advance yoga postures are incorporated with the Sun Salutations Series for strength and flexibility for students who wish to take there yoga practice to the next level. Adjustments and modification of series are given for all levels. (This class is about moving and grooving, sweating and losing weight or getting in shape).

Yoga Level 2-3 Flow
(Intermediate/Advanced)
This class is vigorous and challenging. Taught in the flow style, creates heat and sweat. It builds further strength, stamina, and deeper levels of flexibility and endurance. (Yummy for type A personalities or someone who wants to detoxify (AKA loose weight) via sweating because we are getting wet)
All Levels Yoga
Work at your own strength and flexibility level with the guidance of one of our fabulous instructors. (This class is for everyone, every pose has modifications to take it to the next level, so let’s enjoy the ride of exploration).

Kids Yoga Camp
A playful approach to all aspects of yoga will be taught with an emphasis on yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. We'll explore the different aspects of yoga through stories, music and artistic expression. Designed to keep children interested and engaged while fostering creativity and imagination, improving self-esteem, and building strong healthy bodies.
