They will be held at the studio, and on weekends at the beach, weather and tide permitting...
Yoga and surfing and found there connection. We will be heating your body through movement and riding the wave of your breath. Opening and stretching the muscles to
prepare you for a fabulous day of surfing. Come ride the wave of your body with me~
After a fabulous yoga lesson take a minute to replenish and then it's off to Liquid Dreams, 761 Main Street, by 9:30am for your wet suit fitting and then your surf lesson.
