Gentle Introduction to Yoga
Every Wednesday at: 6:15-7:15pm
Starting February 3rd
Have you ever wanted to try yoga before and thought you weren’t flexible enough or strong enough or maybe thought it wasn’t for you.
Guess again!
This class will help you gain strength and flexibility through peaceful movement. It doesn’t matter what age you are or what flexibility level you are this class is for anyone who has ever wanted to try yoga.
Working on proper alignment will help your body let go of any aches and pains.
This class is for everyone who has ever wanted to experience yoga.

Yoga For Weight Loss Workshop
February 26-April 16th Friday’s 6-7pm
If you would like to lose weight or just get in shape this is the yoga class for you. We’ll combine yoga, pilates and cardio to get our heart rates up and our metabolisms working to their full potential.
It is not your typical yoga class, we will laugh and play, sweat and listen to phenomenal music.
No previous experience is required. As with any exercise program please check with your doctor before registering.

Low Back Pain Relief: Hip Openers
March 20th 1-3pm ($29.00)
One of the main causes of low back pain is tight hips. In this workshop you will use various yoga postures to release the pressure and tension that is stored in your hips.
Sciatica is caused by a pinching of the sciatic nerve by the periformis muscle that is located in your gluteus (or hips). This workshop will relieve the pressure on this nerve and free your body of sciatic pain as well.
This gentle yoga class will help relieve your back pain and free your body of unwanted stress.

Neck and Shoulders Therapy
April 10th 1:00-3:00pm ($29.00)
In our fast paced and busy lives it is now medically proven that stress creates pain in our neck and shoulders. Our bodies are constantly contoured: leaning forward to type on the computer, drive, talk on the phone, pick up the baby.
This workshop is all about relieving the pressure and tension of life that gathers in the neck and shoulders.
Our incredible instructors will work out the kinks with gentle therapeutic yoga postures and healing touch. You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated ready to conquer the world.

Restorative
May 8th 1-3 pm ($29.00)
In our fast paced, stressed out society it is very easy to become a human doing rather than a human being. There is such a value placed on what we do, how much you can accomplish rather than on who you are. This workshop is about slowing down and being present for you. Restoring your mind body and spirit.
It is said that 5 minutes a day of restorative yoga relieves you of all stress and tension. Imagine what 2 hours will do for you. Come and be absolutely pampered by our amazing instructors in this rejuvenating class.
Wear comfortable clothing. This class will leave you in complete bliss.
Remembering what a joy it is to be alive.
